About

Creative Connection is the Foundation to Meaningful Growth.

Meeting you where you're at is our starting place and building community is where we'll grow. By utilizing art therapy and a trauma-informed approach you can progress towards the life you desire. Together, we can cultivate and integrate a healthy sense of personalized wellbeing and success. My trainings and experiences allow me to support folks across the lifespan in navigating a variety of struggles including but not limited to complex trauma, anxiety, bicultural straddling, racial stress and trauma, immigration stressors, depression, and relationship issues. As native to Louisiana with a mixed heritage background and over 10 years of experience with individuals, families and groups I intentionally choose to walk alongside my clients in their journey. By doing so, I specialize in using creative expression as a process to strengthen self-awareness, reduce stigma, and build authenticity. It is not necessary to have any art making experience to engage in this process. I will be with you each step of the way as you may need. I also provide clinical supervision to individuals and groups. I hope to connect with you soon! When you're ready, email or give me a call to get started. My Credentials: B.S. in Psychology and Visual Arts (University of Louisiana) M.A. in Counseling and Art Therapy (Adler University) Dual credentialed as a LPC-S (LA# 7553) and ATR (#18-191)
